Charter Memberships:

Charter memberships are those memberships established by the Club at its inception and are fixed at 222 in number. Charter members are considered equity owners of the Club and the property, together with all attendant rights and obligations upon dissolution of the Club or sale of the property. Charter memberships are perpetual in duration and subject to revocation for failure to timely pay of the required dues or other fees and assessments as set forth herein or established by the Board of Directors from time to time. No more than one (1) Charter membership may be owned by members of a single-family household. Charter memberships may be sold or transferred with the sale of your house page.

Seasonal Memberships:

Seasonal memberships are those sold and accepted by the Board on an annual or seasonal basis. Seasonal members have the use of the property and the benefits of membership only for the year in which the membership was purchased. Seasonal members have no equity ownership in the Club or the property and receive no entitlement of the membership in subsequent years.

Payment Classifications:

Family Memberships: Defined as those household family members residing within the membership household and identified on the membership application.

Couple: Defined as any two household members with at least one having reached the age of twenty-one (21) residing within the membership household and identified on the membership application.

Single: Defined as a single member age twenty-one (21) or older.

Non-Active Charter: Defined as Charter Members who place their membership on an inactive status. Non-active members will be allowed three (3) visits to the pool each season.
